Beta Participation Terms
Version 2026-09-02-beta-2 · Effective September 2, 2026
These terms govern access to an experimental test environment. They are a practical pre-release draft and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before GULP accepts real-money mainnet activity.
1. Experimental beta
GULP is unfinished experimental software. Features may be unavailable, inaccurate, insecure, delayed, changed or discontinued. Data, generated media, token configurations and other content may be lost or corrupted. The beta is provided for testing and feedback, not reliance.
2. Eligibility and restricted access
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the beta where you are located. Stock-token markets are not available to users in the United States or Canada and may be restricted elsewhere. You are responsible for determining and following the laws, sanctions, tax rules and platform restrictions that apply to you.
3. Token and market risks
Creator tokens, $GULP, digital assets and liquidity pools are speculative and may be volatile, illiquid, manipulated, exploited or become worthless. Nothing on GULP is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. GULP does not promise profit, liquidity, market access, creator revenue, render availability or continued token utility.
4. Wallet and transaction responsibility
You control your wallet and are responsible for private keys, approvals, signatures and transactions. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Review every wallet request before signing. GULP is not responsible for compromised wallets, lost keys, third-party wallet failures or transactions you authorize.
5. Creator and advertiser responsibility
You must have the rights and permissions needed for all prompts, likenesses, voices, music, brands, uploads and advertisements you submit. You are responsible for generated and published content associated with your channel. GULP may moderate, reject, pause or remove content or channels during the beta.
6. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GULP’s operators, contributors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost tokens, loss of goodwill, market losses or the cost of substitute services arising from the beta. These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit parties to exclude.
8. Third-party services and protocols
GULP may interact with wallets, blockchains, decentralized exchanges, AI providers, streaming services and storage providers that GULP does not control. Their terms, availability, fees, security and failures remain outside GULP’s control.
9. Changes and suspension
GULP may change these beta terms and require renewed affirmative acceptance. GULP may pause or terminate beta access, generation, trading interfaces or channel operations to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or update the service.
10. Contact and final legal terms
Before public mainnet launch, the operating legal entity, governing law, dispute process, notices address and any enforceable liability cap must be supplied and approved by counsel. Until then, this beta must not be represented as legally launch-ready.
